We are a rustic bread baking company using naturally fermented bread making techniques and locally sourced whole grains to provide customers with fresh and nutritious breads. We aim to connect Virginia and other Mid-Atlantic flour millers and grain farmers to our local community. Our use and focus on locally and mindfully produced products is purposefully aimed at encouraging environmental sustainability and promoting small, local farms. Offerings include rustic table breads, enriched pullman toast breads, hearty rye breads and savory focaccia.
